To qualify for a complimentary Brand pass, you need to be in a senior programmatic/digital media role working for a brand/advertiser (buyers of programmatic media). WBR reserves the right to determine who qualifies for a free Brand pass.

Media Agencies: If you handle the automatic buying of ad space on behalf of your clients (brands) you qualify as an agency. Examples of agencies include: Havas, Ogilvy & Mather, AMV, BBDO, Carat, MediaCom, Optimedia. If you provide technology services or consulting solutions from within an agency, you will need to register as a Vendor.
Brands/Advertisers (buyers of programmatic media): A company that pays to advertise online AND does not meet any of the criteria for Media Agencies or Vendors. Examples of brands include: Nike, Sainsbury’s, British Airways, VW, Deutsche Bank, Vodafone.
*If payment of a booking is not received at the point of registration the booking will be subject to a processing fee of £49 plus VAT
