With 20 years of experience in digital commerce, marketing, and business transformation, I am a commercially driven leader with a strong track record of driving revenue growth, customer engagement, and digital innovation at a global scale. Currently serving as Group Head of Digital Marketing & E-Commerce at Vodafone, I lead the digital marketing, sales, and e-commerce strategies across multiple markets in Europe and Africa, delivering impactful, data-driven, and customer-centric solutions.

Throughout my career, I have led high-growth digital businesses and launched commercially successful digital products and services, including MyVodafone App (20M+ active users), fastPay mobile wallet, and Facebook Banking. These initiatives have received prestigious awards from BAI, The Banker, and the Digital Banking Club, recognizing their impact on digital banking and customer experience.

Prior to Vodafone, I played a key role in defining and executing digital strategies, business models, and omnichannel customer experiences for leading global banks such as BBVA, Dexia, and Sberbank, shaping their mobile banking, e-commerce, and digital payment platforms.

With a global perspective and deep expertise in digital sales, performance marketing, and customer acquisition, I am passionate about leveraging digital technologies to drive business growth and operational excellence. Holding an MS degree from Boğaziçi University in Engineering and Technology Management, I combine technical depth with a strong commercial mindset to design scalable, profitable, and customer-first digital solutions that create a competitive advantage in highly dynamic markets.
