Head of Strategic Operations- EMEA Beeswax

Simon Kempner is the Head of Strategic Operations in EMEA for Beeswax, the industry's first customizable Bidder-as-a-Service(TM). Kempner currently manages a growing team, supporting global customers, advising customers on their programmatic technology strategy, working with them as they customize the platform to their unique business needs.Previously, Kempner worked as a principal product manager building the ad-tech stack at King.com and was an early employee of the AppNexus London office, helping shape the EMEA market in the early days of programmatic. To his credit, Kempner is the recipient of 2 webby awards,  2 Cannes Shortlists and a published, award-winning academic paper on machine learning/neural networks. He is a proud alum of Oxford University Computer Science.
