Rolf Thomke lives in Frankfurt (Germany) and built Singapore Airlines' digital marketing & eCommerce in Europe from 2017 to 2023. His focus included the specific measurement of the contribution of digital marketing to company success and the holistic, full-funnel view of digital marketing. “Making marketing meaningfully measurable” was one of his guiding principles. Since January 2024, he has been taking an even closer look at the customer journey and the martec stack in the company in order to be prepared for the post-Covid and post-cookie era. “How do I use my treasure trove of data to remain successful in the digital age?” is one of his key questions. For him, the core idea is “customer value” in a dual role: the value for the customer, and the value of the customer (for the company offering it).
