Richard joined Grapeshot in 2016, bringing with him a wealth of experience in Digital, Sales, Business Development and Marketing.
At Grapeshot he leads a talented team focusing on optimising campaign performance through real-time contextual profiling of content with advertisers, agencies, and Publishers across the EMEA market.
Richard is a digital-veteran, having started his career at the Financial Times serving in various leadership roles on the digital team. He then went on to be the Managing Director at Conversant, Inc. building a personalized marketing business generating revenues from the UK, Germany, Northern Europe and the GCC. He has also served as the Chair of IASH within the IAB council, which was instrumental in introducing guidelines around how UK advertisers should buy inventory in a brand safe environment.
