Philippa Evans is Head of Programmatic Operations at JCDecaux UK, the world’s largest OOH company. In this role, Philippa is responsible for ensuring the programmatic infrastructure is optimised to driving client growth. Her team are responsible for campaign set-up, troubleshooting, measurement, analytics and driving best practice with DSPs, programmatic trading teams and all advertisers. Philippa has worked in Programmatic Digital Out of Home for 8 years and has 10 years total experience in programmatic.
