Plaza is responsible for the strategic development across the UK’s programmatic practice known as Precision. Precision accelerates Publicis Media’s data and tech capabilities to drive client effectiveness and media efficiency. Prior to this role, Plaza headed up the DOT team at Starcom MediaVest for 5 years, a specialist unit set up to help clients become more automated and data-led with their campaign messaging. This unique team structure, made up of digital designers and developers embedded within the media teams, helped bridge the gap that often exists between media and creativity. Plaza started her career at Publicis Media as a graduate trainee at Starcom MediaVest, in 2006. Over the past 12 years, she has worked with major brands at different stages of digital transformation, helping them navigate the digital ecosystem, moving them closer towards data-led strategies, and in particular getting them to embrace the benefits of a dynamic creative solution.
