Early in his career Martin was a founding member of Zenith Interactive Solutions. He followed this up with a number of influential agency positions, including Board Media Director of Agency Republic. In 2008, he co-founded independent digital media agency Infectious Media, with the stated mission to digitally transform media buying for advertisers to give them control and transparency. At the end of 2020 Infectious Media joined with marketing services company Kepler, with Martin taking on the role of overseeing the UK and APAC business. HQ’d in New York, Kepler is part media agency, part marketing consultancy, and part engineering team, and helps clients deliver performance with cutting-edge media execution, including digital media, CTV, CRM, database and marketing systems integration. Together the companies have created a leader in digital media innovation.
