Justin Reid

Justin Reid has been heading up the DMO offering at Tripadvisor for Europe, Middle East and Africa since 2014 and in the past 2 years his remit has expanded to include hotels and travel as well. During that period he has been a keen advocate of turning the traditional digital measurement metrics for travel and tourism on its head and really focusing on the KPI's that matter for clients - do you want a click on your ad or a visit to your destination / stay at your hotel ? Prior to Tripadvisor Justin spent some time agency side and before that was Digital Director at VisitBritain in the lead up to the 2012 Olympics. A keen runner, Justin also like to spend his spare time supporting the Ireland and Leinster rugby teams.
