Joe Worswick

Joseph Worswick is VP of Sales, EMEA and Head of Global Sustainability at OpenX, where he drives growth and expansion for its agency and brand business while leading the company's sustainability efforts in the market. With more than 15 years of experience managing relationships with holding companies, independent agencies, and brands worldwide, Joe has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving commercial success. In 2011, he joined MiQ as the second commercial hire, later leading the UK business as Head of Sales before going on to become Managing Director. Under his leadership, the sales and account management teams earned industry recognition, and he played a key role in launching MiQ’s US West Coast presence, where he spent four years living and working. Joe began his career at Unanimis, a leading advertising network supporting major brands such as eBay, Ticketmaster, BBC, SkyScanner, WWE, and IMDB.
