Catherine currently works at MediaMonks as an Enterprise Consultant Manager, specializing in FMCG products. Previously at Essence working as a Business Director for L'Oreal, Catherine matured the brand's programmatic buying in EMEA, whilst also launching Essence's consultancy offering. Catherine is a specialist in programmatic buying, and with over 8 years experience she has led projects for data onboarding, 3rd party cookie deprocation, and GDPR compliance alongside running highly functional trading teams. Her prior work on the Google account as their leader of Programmatic buying in EMEA, and her work on ‘EE's’ TELCO business saw Catherine pioneer custom algorithms. This work won the 2019 DV360 award for innovation, as well as receiving a high commendation for the best use of programmatic at the Performance Marketing Awards.

No stranger to a panel, Catherine has previously spoken about specialist digital subjects at Mediatel, IAB Europe and ‘Make Possible’ events.
